Refund Policy
Dear valued customers, thank you for choosing us! Our exchange and return policies are designed to provide smooth service for our wholesale customers. Please carefully read the following terms:
Exchange Policy
We accept exchanges within 15 days from the invoice date. All items for exchange must meet the following conditions:
- All glasses must remain in their original plastic sleeves.
- Tags must not be removed.
- The package must include a copy of the invoice or the original invoice (all invoices must have the invoice number). This is a courtesy extended to our customers.
Exchange processing time is 1-2 weeks. We will process your exchange as quickly as possible.
Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges or returns. Thank you for your understanding that this policy is designed for our wholesale business operations.
If the products have manufacturing defects, please report them to us within 5 business days of delivery. Otherwise, the exchange cannot be processed.
Return Policy
We accept returns within 15 to 30 days from the invoice date. Once we receive the returned items, we will process the refund as soon as possible. However, all returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was shipped.
Please note: a 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise. Refunds via credit card may take 1 to 4 weeks to process, depending on your financial institution.
You can choose between two options for your refund:
- Refund to the original payment method;
- Store credit.
