Shipping Policy

Domestic shipment

We use UPS service as the major shipping method for domestic shipment (Except Hawaii, Puerto Rico and California).  The shipment charge will be estimated by the package weight, size and the destination. We will do the shipment within 48 hours once we receive your order and the payment (Except Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays). And once your order is shipped, you will receive the tracking information by email. If there is any delay for shipment or for some items that is out of stock, we will notify you by phone or email. Ground shipping dates are estimates and we are not guaranteed. If customers want any express shipment, please inform us when you place the order. International Shipment

For international shipment, we will mostly use UPS International or USPS(US Postal Office) for Canada and Mexican area. For other area or further information, please contact us.

NOTE:

Please note: If there is any damages or missing items due to the transit, please report to the UPS driver and/or contact UPS directly at 1-800-pick-UPS to file a claim. Freight damages & claims are the responsibility of the carrier and must be filed with them immediately.  If you need further assistance please feel free to contact our office within 3 business days of delivery. Also, please file the correct shipping address when you filling the information for us, we protect your data as outlined in our Privacy Policy otherwise an address correction fee of $15 will be charged additionally subject to customer.

Exchange & Return Policy

Dear valued customers, thank you for choosing us! Our exchange and return policies are designed to provide smooth service for our wholesale customers. Please carefully read the following terms:

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges within 15 days from the invoice date. All items for exchange must meet the following conditions:

  • All glasses must remain in their original plastic sleeves.
  • Tags must not be removed.
  • The package must include a copy of the invoice or the original invoice (all invoices must have the invoice number). This is a courtesy extended to our customers.

Exchange processing time is 1-2 weeks. We will process your exchange as quickly as possible.

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs for exchanges or returns. Thank you for your understanding that this policy is designed for our wholesale business operations.

If the products have manufacturing defects, please report them to us within 5 business days of delivery. Otherwise, the exchange cannot be processed.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 15 to 30 days from the invoice date. Once we receive the returned items, we will process the refund as soon as possible. However, all returned merchandise must be in the same condition as when it was shipped.

Please note: a 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returned merchandise. Refunds via credit card may take 1 to 4 weeks to process, depending on your financial institution.

You can choose between two options for your refund:

  1. Refund to the original payment method;
  2. Store credit.
